First off you need to find a new insurance guy.
He should be available 7 days a week during the busy season. Even if it's just text or VM.
Call him and leave a message that you gotta go. I bet he calls back or adjuster calls back pretty quick
Unless his agent has been in the loop on what is going with the fields prior the need to replant, I don't know why they should drop everything after the busy season is really over, during a holiday weekend to help make a decision on this.
