I think this idea is good. Weed suppression in beans via cash crop. 16 or 24 row planter with no duals and no row cleaners shouldn't smash much wheat if planting fairly early. I've seen wheat topdressed with a drill and urea without much stand loss. Maybe use stripper header to minimize soybean clipping.
