Sounds like a lack of good communication between both parties. Did you talk to them to say your beans were ready to spray or did they just spray without talking to you? Hard to point the finger either way without more information.

I couldn't imagine doing a spray job based on a 6 month old discussion that wasn't reconfirmed just before it was done. |
