Western illinois | Did it happen to your whole crop, or just this field? Did you have any Liberty beans anywhere? Your comment about leaving the Liberty on the contact ( assume contract?) is confusing. If you were planning on using only Roundup, why would you leave Liberty on your contract? It sounds like both parties are at fault here. The sprayer applicator will have insurance for this situation, but I'm not sure the company will want to pay when they hear your story. | |
