Yes, sharpen in my opinion would be your best bet for marestail. Now if you had waterhemp issues I would question it, sometimes wh seems to get burnt and come back, but marestail are toast. As others said use plenty of a hot mso, and great coverage is absolutely essential. Do not use Air inducted tips, turbo tees work good for us or just a regular flat fan xr tip.
