Plant fescue thick enough and it will have a fine blade. I oversees my K-31 about every 5 years. Have had my grass 20 years now. Main thing is keep it watered and fertilized. If stressed too much it will thin the stand. Love my underground sprinklers. Made keeping the grass healthy a whole lot easier.
