Subject: RE: Drying seed wheat on Gravity Wagons

East Central SD
One year I dryed some sunflowers seed in a 16 foot truck box with hoist by putting 12" aeration tubes down the center of the box and exited thru the lift trap in end gate. One row of tubes and then a 12" fan that you can push or pull air with and operate with 120 volts, and with a little ingenuity, you could probably come up with a heat source to aid in drying. Worked perfect in the truck and would be much easier than fastening in gravity box. You could also drill holes thru floor of box and fasten them in permanently too. Old trucks bring about as much as an old gravity box anymore.
