I load the boxes full when in field position. I applied potash+dap last fall,added urea in the mix this spring.
I had to use long parallel bars next to the outside drive wheels, short ones with the rest. I have 4 extra sets of the long bars.
Row 6 needs the gauge removed for folding. The rear tranport wheels have to be moved to the right about 4 inches to clear row 8 gauge wheel.
I have a few plugging problems in the middle were the main frame is close to the units but I did alot of corn on corn last spring. A 4450 Deere 2WD(largest tractor I have) pulls this unit easily. IMO I can not at this time, justify a $15000 air box and 50 more horses for 1000 acres but an offset bar would be nice.
