So, you would have more risk in hiring the farming done because you have all of the expense versus renting on shares you would have some risk and a lesser return some years or cash rent where you have no risk.
Question is do you want the management, the risk, and all or would you rather it be easier and have someone else do the managing and the work in a share rent agreement or would you rather just collect a check and really not have to do anything in a cash rent situation.
Also, some years you will have great returns and other years you may not make much at all. Are you OK with that? |
