| Thinking about retiring or at least cutting back.
Can a landlord make more money hiring his land custom farmed than renting it out? not much of this done in our area.
Additional reasons to do this is to keep my rented land and my specialty contracts.
I may or may not keep my machinery in the short term.
Is there any sort of standard rate for a conventional/conservation till complete program on a fairly large scale?
