Well, we've had some of those same conversations here and we all agree that we'd give up some of our "abilities" if we could have some of that flat ground you guys got! Ha!

The past 5 years, we rented a 245 acre farm that was all river bottom. 3/4 mile long rows in spots, no terraces, just nice and flat. Think it usually took me 8-9 hours to plant it with our 24 row, 30" 1250. Any other farm of that size, in the hills and terraces, probably closer to 13-14 hours. I think everybody should know the joys of farming with terraces and countless point rows! LOL
