You won't hurt that little milo and devils claw is easy to kill. I'd say the ally mix above would be good but after my debacle with ally last year I'm a little nervous about that. Dicamba at that small milo stage would work good and do no damage to the crop. I'd probably run 8 oz. along with 2 oz. of 2-4-d. Not enough d to hurt the crop but just enough to heat up the mix. Shouldn't need any surfactant. Those devils claw are just begging to die. EDIT: Figured I should throw another mix out there just to help confuse you. LOL
