I've had really good luck with Starane with a little atrazine, or Peak with a little atrazine on Devil's Claw. Especially if it is smaller of course. Never could tell any damage at all to the milo.
Remember peak will have a long residual that can affect your rotation if you are thinking about cotton next year.
