Well for me cereal rye has died very easy. Sprayed some back in April when it was maybe 15" or so tall. Just used 22oz of Roundup. Sprayed headed out rye with 1qt roundup, Corvus, and atrazine and it is dead. Sprayed that at very end of May. I have never had any trouble killing cereal rye, annual yes. Was it warm when you sprayed?
