Central NY | I have a field of oats I'm going to combine in about 6 weeks. I grew them for the straw. Not it would be nice to have a little more heifer feed. I am going to apply manure and then go back to oats on this field. Here is where I'm not sure what to do. I don't have access to a no till drill and I know that would be the best way to plant the next crop. I'm not thrilled with the idea of discing the ground to plant oats again because of stones and they are all picked well now. What would be the best way to seed the oats back?
