Missed here too. Seems to hit St. Louis and die and then fires again north south and east of us. Ive made my peace with it. Not banking on getting any, corn with have to make due with what is left. Corn still looks very good in the morning but pretty tough after about 10. Not really sure what to expect. Quite a bit of corn will be starting to pollinate this week. A little early corn started last week. I will say it is odd to be able to see over the tops of fields with all this short corn. Some hybrids are tasseling and only 4-5 ft tall. Beans are hanging in there very well. Have plenty of time to get some rain to help them.
