Death comes to us all. Life's but a walking shadow | Here's the CPC's gauge-based map for the 19th thu the 25th. While the dates aren't quite the same, your map is showing more than double the rainfall and area covered than their's.
I think these radar based maps are highly suspect. I know yours is radar based, just look at the semicircles along the edges which correspond to the weather service radar images. Besides, your map shows me getting rain and that just isn't the case.
