Subject: RE: How will this corn pollinate?

west central MN

We had that happen last year just before pollination. We had 3 different varieties and I think that made a difference. 2 of them didn't pollinate as well and they had about 2 out of 10 ears that were zipper ears. The third variety pollinated fine but it had green snap a lot worse then the other 2. The wind adjuster came up with fields anywhere from 6% up to 12% damage. We still had a good crop and we have had worse to combine also. It seemed like it goose necked it over right at about 30". We have 30" rows and it seems everything was just moved over about 1 row.
