Figure up the estimated gross income and they pay you a check. When this happened on some Nongmo beans I sent plot data for the variety to the grower and he had past production data.
Also need to talk to your crop insurance on how this will effect your aph for the next 10 years as this could bite you in the butt multiple times down the road.
