Farmington IL | Someone asked about some pics of my tool bar
Its a old DMI 3200 I bought off a jockey. No doubt came out of a coop somewhere
It was a 13 knife. I made it into a 6 knife on 60" centers. I even cut the extra off the toolbar ends. With a whole fleet of 150 hp tractors I knew a 11 or 13 knife toolbar would be a load, more than I wanted.
Moles knives with dual 3/4 hoses so I can run 200lbs of N. It has a Hiniker 8650 monitor.
I did spend a couple of bucks and put Dalton closers on it and they are worth every penny. They work as good sealers even in heavy coc residue but also protect the crop acting like a rolling shield. I normally run about 5mph but I could run faster.
