...if it gets big, you better bring the Roundup barrel. Add .3 oz of Synchrony to Roundup and it will kill 4' tall pokeweed in your soybeans. If it's on a ditch bank...I'd just take a spray bottle with 2,4-D and Dicamba mixed half and half (And another third of water) and then spray the top 3-5 leaves. It will melt.
