SC Wisconsin | My neighbor across the road exactly. Last year he planted a hay field(with no headlands, just lets it grow to weeds) then planted corn in the middle of it for some odd reason. He never picked any of the corn, actually he just bush hogged it a month ago. I cut the hay last week and am splitting it with him just to keep the weeds out of it. To top it all off, he won't let me dig out the ditch that runs through his place because he wants to keep it a swamp so he can trap. This in turn backs up the water into my place and drowns out 2-3 acres out of 40 every year. Has Jersey steers he never dehorned or castrates, just a dump. Then tries to talk to me about how much of a farmer he is. Sorry rant over haha
