I started doing it this year. Had an old cone bottom tank that we cut 2 holes in the side to make water swirl and dump in potash on top. Let mix up for 3-4 hrs and calibrate injection pump to what you want. We use 3#/gal of water. So far seems to be working ok just make sure to flush pivots out good and don't be surprised if they turn white.
