We do falls and spring pres. Falls don't seem to help fight pigweeds but do get marestail and cheat. Authorities seem to be the best pigweed ppo over fomesafen or valors but hammer beans so hard that by the time beans come around pre has broke down and weeds come on in uncompetitive beans.

Again not thrilled about tillage bc there is a reason no tIll was adopted here.


Sulfentrazone (Authority) is quite safe if you spray it far enough ahead of soybean planting to get a rain on it. That, and manage the rate on sandier soils. It's just a matter of management.
