I would rather spend the day with family, load the grill up with good food. One thing I am finally learning is family is the best part of life, Money and cattle mean nothing to me without family.
My boy is not working with me now he thought a town job would be better pay. I find this cattle thing don't mean much to me without him.
It is often a good thing for kids to get experience at another job. Often shows them the grass is not really much greener on the other side of the fence. Not unusual to have them come back after awhile. Can be a good thing.
