Subject: RE: Dear organic neighbor

King City, Mo
From what I've saw on organic there are two types of farmers.

In conventional farmering there are BTO's vrs normal farmers who try and do a good job. The BTO stereotype can make us all look bad that farm. Not saying all large farmers are bad farmers but we all know of an operator that fits the stereotype.

On the organic side their is the tree hugging hippies group that will talk how Monsanto is the devil. Those can make all organic farmers look bad. Then the group of real organic farmers that raise most of the production that makes it to market. They know how to mechanically control weeds and are probably better farmers then most of us reading agtalk.

It's like any demographic or group their are extremist of each that make the rest of the group look bad. You can't say all whites are..... All blacks are.... All Indians are.... All blondes are...... All Mexicans are.... All Jews are.....
