West Central MN (between MMF and Larson's) | Not a wheat expert, yet have a field of wheat for the first time in 35+ years. Wheat headed out this past week. Decent moisture after about 1" last week. Yesterday was bout 86 and humid, today forecasted for 95 and 20+mph wind. Next few days will be mid 70's and sunny.
Long story.....short. Will this couple day heat blast significantly hurt the wheat. I know the mid 70's will be nearly ideal and heat will hurt some at head fill.
