Dave, one of my landlords has a chopper like that sitting in an old shed, we used it a few times when we used to fill a couple of 14x35' silos for beef cattle, but we bought a Deere soon after because the old AC wouldn't chop very fine.
Is this where the idea for the "Slinger" manure spreader came from? (Pics)
