If you are willing to cut them yourself you can probably get them for free from a rock quarry or construction co. May be cheaper to buy them. An 8' tire precut should cost around $500 to $700 delivered. A Watson valve can be bought on line for $70. Takes about 9 bags of sacrete to seal the center.
