We have some spots of corn that look identical to that. Looks like chloroacetamide injury to me from the Dual/Zidua. Ours was sprayed with Armezon Pro on may 25th during cool weather that was followed by heavy rain and hot weather. Rapid growth afterwords resulted in the roots sucking up too much chem.
Ever seen this extent of herbicide injury???
