What percent urea are you applying?
What type of delivery method?
Temp. relative humidity windy conditions all will affect if the leaves burn or not.
Quantity applied.
Dew present?
Growth stage of the plants?
Rain during or after application.
You can go all the way from no visible damage whatsoever to killing your entire field if you are not careful.
