You were ok, till you said a return to the creek. If, and I said if some environmental
watch dog finds out your returning " tainted water" to a stream bed, well, it just
won't turn out to good.
I see nothing wrong with what your trying to achieve. But the powers that be have a whole
different out look on things.
Ya know, they have an edumacation, and a Goverment job* lol :)
