If you are just planting soybeans, I'd forego the vac meters in lieu of the brush meters. They work great at about any speed and there isn't much that can go wrong with them that can't be fixed easily. Not that vac meters are bad but in my operation sometimes simple and functional is better.



Agree. If you can plant between the corn rows, coulters may be fine. I always ran at a 5° angle and found the most even emergence when using trash whippers on all rows.
