Of course they are. The all want to our money to use it for as many months ad possible! Last fall prepay prepay prepay. I paid nearly 50% less for my potash than my August prepay "good deal" pricing. Same with ammonia - i don't remember how much it went done but it was a ton.
They don't want your money to use. They can get all that they want for next to nothing. They need someone to buy product. They have to get the barns and tanks full to be able to service when the demand hits and there is no way to protect themselves if prices fall out of bed so they need the farmer to buy!
