Mid Michigan | We watched a big one come across mid michigan last night and when it got to us it petered out again. Was another 2 tenth pavement wetter. So we got 4 tenths out of all the big storms. Dig down into worked field and hit dry dirt in about 1-2 inch mark. Haven't had a good rain here in over a month. Like giving a person dying of thirst a sponge bath. A least it COOLED off out here and it's overcast today and we don't have the broiling sun out frying everything. Feels really nice and cool out here this morning and the grass and garden were very thankful for the 4 tenths. I'll take it over a 4 inch deluge flood though. | |
