Scranton | I had to replant an 80 this spring of notill corn on corn...had Pioneer and channel...both looked the same ...had a spotty 22000 stand with big gaps so I sprayed and replanted and am very happy I did.
We never decided for sure...agronomist thought Rapid Growth Syndrome....but another factor was, to save time, I sprayed burndown of 2,4d and roundup a couple days after planting(had tiny windows to get things sprayed)...they thought maybe the 2,4d combined with cold, rainy weather got into the plant and screwed it up....
