$40 cheap Chinese backup camera from eBay. Camera is screwed to the back of the cab. I have it on an older Belarus tractor, so a few screw holes won't bother anyone.. Color quality is not the greatest, but it's good enough to see that I am leaving 6 rows standing behind me. A bit of a challenge in times when the tractor casts a long shadow, or facing the sun.
