NW IL, Mercer County | Planted the day after mothers day. Had a hard time coming up. Ended up at 15-20k uneven stand. Was talking rainy pattern again so sprayed gramoxone and planted same day. Rained that night, gramoxone didnt work, corn came up in 6 days. Thought I had planted rr/ll first go around so tried row crop cultivating, which didnt go well. Had total mental meltdown and realized first planting was rr only and I replanted with smartstax. So I sprayed liberty on Friday. Field was a mix of 30", twins, and 15" due to shifting planter trying to get best replant seed bed.
Here is what it looked like spraying on Friday. Kind of messes with your eyes.
