It's a myth. Need good ol lead or a good dog.
Or a 1500 gal tank full of water and a 2 inch transfer pump and a few ambitious bat swingers! Edit to add we are only trying to improve the species by only killing those that can't find oxygen under water! Survival of the fittest they call it!
