I was just wondering what were the pro's and cons of sidedressing nitrogen when you have the ability of putting on nitrogen through a pivot. I see some put starter and everything else through pivot, then others starter/sidedress and put remaining nitrogen on through the pivot. Some things I thought of were pivot can not reach the dry corners, and at time of sidedress corn may not need the water. Just curious of others thoughts on this. | |
