We have some purple pioneer this year. It showed up around V1 and is growing out of it at V3. We put down 8 gallons of 10-34-0 2x2 so it should have enough P for a good start. It's worse in prevent plant that was fallow last year. How big is your corn?
There's a purple Pioneer stereotype on agtalk. Maybe it's just the nature of the beast?
