Subject: Replant these beans?

New Lexington, Ohio
I planted these beans into killed sod 10 days ago. I have a very spotty emergence when I checked them this morning. Some of the ground I worked to smooth out some rough spots, most was killed, and I even planted into live sod on a couple acres in this field that the sprayer missed. I sprayed three days after planting with 1 quart roundup and 5 oz. of cloak. It hasn't rained here since planting, but some spots in the field have decent soil moisture still. Other areas I checked are pretty dry.

What would you do, wait or replant? If replant, should I just lower my population and no-till into what's there already?

Thanks
John
