We have cut 18-19% wheat & put it in a bin & dried with just air. Takes a while but can be done, just don't pile it too high. Heat would help, but not too hot. If you have a bin with a stirrator & heat would be ideal IMO. Stirring helps more than anything. I can remember when I was a kid my uncle would dump wheat in our quonset & then move the pile around to dry it. Was labor intensive but it worked. After he got it dry he would move it to a small bin, under 1,000 bu, that had no fan.
