Take 4 old jugs with a good angle and cut the bottomed them. Drill a 1/4" hole in the side of the planter box and attach the box. 100% of the seed runs out.
Even with varying seed size (2) 1 gallon zip lock freezer bags will do 8 rows x 300' at 150k. Note you need freezer bags as the storage ones pop open and spill easy. You can then line the bags up in the back of the ranger in order and it goes fast and your not lifting 50# bags and dealing with partial used bags that wanna spill.
A hydrolic motor on the drive to clean out the handful of extra seed kicks butt and makes it a slick operation.
I liked how you worked the ground opposite way of planting. That helps keep it fair.
Also to help get your plot square a GPS in the ranger you can make passes and have a tire track to know when to turn.
