Kind of a crossbreed. Bought an old 500 gallon pull type for the frame. Mounted a 300 gallon tank for larger volume jobs. It also has a 60 gallon tank in the front for small plots. I can pull from and return to either tank. The small tank is nice when you only want to spray 3 or 4 acres. Don't have to chase down the last few gallons in a large tank to get the job done. I have a self propelled but I've used this to touch up some corners where I missed with the bigger sprayer. I am planning on doing some fence rows with the larger tank as well, seems like the small ATV type sprayers are always empty before I get to the end of the fence row.
