 Brazilton KS | My answer to your question would be, if you are going to go to the effort to change things, change them enough to make a difference. I wouldn't mess with it unless I was going to go to at least an 18.4, and more likely a 28L-26. I believe the 9410 should have the same spindles as a 2wd 9600. We have had a rwa wheel bearing go out in the middle of a harvest holiday weekend, which resulted in the lines to that side being plugged off and the 2wd spindle from the parts pile being installed in place of the rwa motor on that side. Tires on the machine went back on the machine....we were mudding and running tracks and 67-34-25's at the time. Apparently our 2wd spindle didn't get the memo telling it that it was supposed to break because it ran the rest of the season as a 3wd without breaking anything.
