The centered gearbox design on the Sudenga is superior to anything that uses a chain to drive the sweep gearbox.
We have 4 of the Sudenga power sweeps and haven't had 1 second of trouble with any of them, I just wish we had the "clean floor" attachment on them. That came out after all of ours were put in.
