fixed it !!! Thanks for all the help and info. Was a broken wire in harness that goes to solenoid. Had uncle hod screw driver to it and I wiggled wires and it would click and energize then denergize. Thanks a lot for the diagnostic steps. You have saved me every time with this sprayer . Very thankful, I hope you are paid well for your knowledge. I know I owe you huge.
