Central Virginia | I got to run a new Macdon a couple days ago. I'm going to seriously consider getting one when I'm ready to trade. I have a Krone that I really like, but the Macdon uses a Krone cutterbar and I can get better service from the Macdon dealer. I was cutting 16 ft of chest high grass with a 150hp tractor running around 7mph. If you are only doing grass I would get flails instead of rollers. The mower I got to demo was a R116. It has a nice setup for transport and hydraulic cutterbar height adjustment too.
