Subject: Just finished 1400 acres of side dress and band spray

North Central Ia
Just finished side dressing corn with added band sprayer this year. Wasn't spraying weeds however, although that would be easy to do. Mounted a nozzle over each row to band rows with Priaxor fungicide, Brandt smart trio and played with some Toggle that I ran through the Dositron borrowed from the planter (poor mans sidekick). My theory is banding this mix makes sense as why spray fungicide on dirt?
Pull a Yetter cart with 1600 gallons 32% and have 1000 gallon saddle tanks on tractor for spraying, 16 row 3 point side dress bar. Banding 7.5 gallons per acre so about 130 acres to the fill. Ran hydraulic pumps with Raven flow meters and John Deere rate controllers on both systems through 2630. Worked well and did a bunch of checks so will see what combine says.
